Entering the Domaine Val d'Azur Drive you'll drive straight ahead. On the right you see the large communal pool, playground, volleyball field. Then you get to your left the 3 tennis courts (free use). At the tennis courts, turn right, immediately turn right again (after 50 meters) and the first street on your left is Rue Chopin. Our house is the last house on the right (with a green fence). Rue Chopin 46. |

There is ample parking space on private grounds. |

Entering the house, you'll find a toilet on your left, and on your right the staircase which brings you to the vide where you'll find a desk, couch and lots of books.

The living room offers a dining table with six chairs, a cabinet in which more than enough (nice olives) crockery and glasses, a large sofa, two chairs, fireplace, satellite TV with almost all Dutch channels and open doors to the terrace. In addition, our house offers free WiFi |

From the living room on the ground floor you can go to the sleeping area. Here you will find a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, double sink, toilet), two smaller bedrooms and another bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and offer two single beds. All rooms have doors opening onto the garden/terrace. |

In the kitchen you can not miss much. There is plenty of cutlery, 3 coffee machine (Senseo, filter coffee and Nespresso - bring your own cups), blender, 4-burner stove (ceramic), microwave, fridge (with freezer), dishwasher, enough pots and pans, juicer , mayonnaise maker etc. |

In the garage you will find a washer & dryer, 2 mountain bikes, 6 sunbeds, weber bbq, tennis rackets, tools, pool equipment, games, second fridge freezer, 2 golf sets (not the best quality but ok), umbrellas, cushions for the chairs and cushions for seating at pool. |

The doors in the living room open onto the covered porch with a marble table and 6 (new) chairs. (Wood stove and oven porch not to use). From the veranda one overlooks the pool, nature reserve and forests. In short lots of privacy. Total area of the plot is over 2000m. |

Left and right of the terrace, you can use a staircase to the private pool. The pool is 8 x 5 meters and has a built-in stairs. It is not purified by chlorine is not annoying to the eyes and skin. The pool has a patio with 4 chairs to enjoy a lunch at the private pool.
