Recently fully renovated Provencal villa with garage, completely new, luxurious and brightly decorated in Provencal style. The villa is within walking distance from Biot and is in a secured exclusive small domain of 9 villa’s.

 

The luxurious hoilday home is on grounds of 2500 sq.m. providing complete privacy, with fully grown garden and large sunny lawn. In front of the villa, adjacent to the living room and the kitchen there are two large roofed terraces, one of which is next to the kitchen with outdoor barbeque and a large table with six chairs.

 

The terraces are on the south-west side and have a view of the nature area “Vallee Verte” and private swimming pool of 50 sq.m. Around the pool there is a large terrace of flagstone with luxurious sun chairs and large parasol. The garden also has fruit trees, herbal garden, and jeu de boules court.

 

Biot is a picturesque village, well known because of its glassworks, and is centrally located between Cannes and Nice within a 15-20 minutes drive from the airport of Nice. The beaches of Antibes, Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan are at 3-5 km. away and can be easily reached via back roads.

The L-shaped, bright living room has a cosy sitting area with large fire place and has audio/cd and satellite TV with Dutch channels, there is also a dining room. Both parts have large French doors which provide a lovely view of the garden. The large lovely square kitchen has a dishwasher, modern oven and fridge. The large French doors open out onto the roofed terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor, two of the bedrooms have a large double bed and one bedroom, usually used as a study, has a pull-out double sofa bed. There is a bathroom downstairs as well as upstairs. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage. There is a cot and high-chair present.
